PPTX (PowerPoint) only.

Which apps can edit them?

PowerPoint, Keynote, WPS and LibreOffice Impress. Google Slides works too, but small layout shifts are possible.

What license do I get?

See the License page. Each figure page also lists the source paper it was adapted from.
