1. Seller: Call Me Alonzo ("we"), operated by an individual sole proprietor, China. Contact: [email protected].
2. Products: downloadable digital asset packs (PPTX components for research figures). No physical goods.
3. Purchase & payment: processed by Creem (Merchant of Record for international orders) or 面包多 (China). Prices shown incl./excl. tax as stated at checkout.
4. Delivery: download link by email and on the confirmation page right after payment; links expire after 365 days and can be reissued on request.
5. License: use is governed by the Personal License (see License).
6. Refunds: see Refund Policy.
7. Acceptable use: no resale, redistribution, or repackaging of source files; no unlawful use.
8. IP: we retain copyright in our redrawn designs. Packs reference papers under CC BY 4.0 etc. with attribution; we don't sell original paper figures. IP complaints: takedown within 48h of a complete notice.
9. Disclaimer & liability: provided "as is"; liability capped at the amount paid.
10. Changes: we may update these terms; the version at purchase applies to that order.
11. Governing law: Laws of the People's Republic of China.
